Optimization of dental care via technology of SWOT analysis in Evenkia

Northern territories occupy considerable part of Krasnoyarsk Krai. These regions are characterized with tendency to essential deterioration of both general health and dental health of the population. To improve quality and efficiency of decision-making, it is expedient to use special methodology and research methods. Combination of the methodological approaches (expert evaluation method plus SWOT analysis) provides complete and reliable information about dental care system for the population of Evenkia. Systemization of the acquired information provides a way for developing the evidence-based strategy of improvement of regional dental care system including distribution of the resources to the residents of territories with the low population density typical for Evenkia autonomous territory.
