Optimization of customs authorities and procedures in the new economic reality for Russia

As a case study, the article considers the role of innovative technologies of goods customs clearance and customs control in the development of Yaroslavl region’s economy, and draws attention to the potential positive role of modern customs clearance technologies in the implementation of major transport projects. We study the question of the state regulation of international economic activity (IEA) RF regions by the example of Yaroslavl region.
