Optimization of the conditions of innovative development for different types of regions

The analysis of the current state of scientific-technical and innovation spheres in Russia shows that the level of innovation activity, the location of high-tech products in the structure of production and exports, the funding of science, the development of innovative infrastructure in Russia lags far behind developed countries. According to experts of the OECD, Russia has considerable innovative potential, but the results of its activities in the field of innovation disappoint.
