The eyes of patients were investigated with classic myopia extrafoveolar subretinal neovascular membranes. All patients were treated by single application of WTMILC WS. In a study 30 eyes were plugged 30 patients. In 2 months after WTMILC WS in all eyes of angiography diminishing of filtration disappearance of active accumulation of contrast was determined on the late stages of angiography, adjoining of removing layer by layer of pigment epithelium of retina and layer of photoreceptors of retina. The sharpness of sight was stabilized (± 1 line) on 6 eyes (20 %), became (2 lines) better on 21 eyes (70 %), became (2 lines) worse on 3 eyes from forming of submacular fibrosis in a foveolar area (10%). During the lead through of computer static perimetry (threshold macular test) an improvement or stabilizing of macular light sensitiveness was determined on 27 eyes (90 %), worsening -on 3 eyes (10 %). The thickness of retina in a foveolar area diminished on the average with 386 μk to 251 μk. On an angio-graphy in all eyes after WTMILC WS the area of subretinal fibrosis was determined in area of neovascularisation and weak atrophy of pigment epithelium of retina with luminescence on the early stages and absence of transuding and accumulation of contrast on the late stages.
