The paper examines the main factors reducing the cost of production of poultry meat, in particular by optimizing feed costs. The analysis of the current state of the poultry industry in the Novosibirsk region. On the basis of the score-rating, the authors identified the best supplier of feed for JSC "Poultry Kochenevsky" on such criteria as "price-quality", which will greatly reduce the cost of the enterprise.
