In the conditions of intensive digitalization of all spheres of society, the integration of the activities of organizational systems with the digital environment for managing them takes place. The task of determining the structure of such an organizational system, consisting of components of the digital environment and the organizational system itself, that would maximally satisfy the requirements for the effectiveness of the functioning of a digitalized organizational system becomes relevant. Optimization modeling of the process of multivariate structuring is aimed at setting and algorithmizing the tasks of optimal management decision-making in a digitalized organizational system. The article deals with the issues of algorithmization of the process of choosing the components of a digitalized organizational system, which will ensure the fulfillment of the requirements of the control center for the performance indicators of the organizational system in the maximum way. A sequence of computational and evaluation operations is given to determine binary and rank estimates of the degree of compliance of the components of the digital environment with the extreme and boundary requirements for the indicators of a digitalized organizational system, the dimension of component optimization problems, mathematical constructions of the function of the extreme and boundary requirements of the problem, as well as entropy estimates necessary for the organization H -relaxation iterative process.
