Optimization regulation of enterprises’ information interaction in the development of a new standard

The article discusses the issues and aspects of information interaction of enterprises in the process of developing a new regulatory framework of operation, determining the need to take into account the interoperability of standardizing organizations. To optimize the regulation of contacts, it is proposed to use an adapted methodology for assessing the level of maturity of interoperability, which provides a more detailed evaluation of the activities of standardizing enterprises, taking into account their objectives. The best option is considered to be the unification of structures of this type, which will save the resource base of enterprises (time, finances, opportunities). A hierarchical model for assessing the interoperability of standardizing enterprises is presented. It is concluded that the development of an information organizational and technical system can also solve the problem of interoperable interaction of enterprises in the process of developing a new standard, contribute to improving the efficiency of their functioning through the combined use of information infrastructure, increasing competitiveness in the market and adequate distribution of state subsidies.
