The text discusses the process of selection and packaging of materials for the shipment of an order. It has been established that when managing a warehouse, it is necessary to take into account such important parameters as connectivity with the distribution of flows, staff loading, and the use of warehouse space. The problem of irrational use of packaging materials in the work of warehouse logistics was identified. It is proposed to use intermediate standard sizes of packaging, which will reduce the cost of packaging solutions and increase the overall efficiency of the logistics chain of the enterprise of the secondary market of auto components.
