Surgical results data of treating 865 people with adrenal gland tumors are presented on the basis of operating method. Endovideosurgical technology is chosen when small tumors (less than 5 cm) are deleted, more often they are aldosteromas. Open operations should remain in the surgeon's arsenal if ab-dominiscopy can't be used.
