The article discusses the experience of using information and communication technologies in the formation of personnel in the public civil service system of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra, formulates suggestions for improving this process, due to both general trends in the development of digitalization of public administration and regional capabilities.
