The experience and implementation issues of advanced and accelerated training of the talented trainees at the technical higher education institution

In this article there are described one of the priority directions on the search, training, development and support of the creatively talented trainees in science and technology at the Samara State Technical University. This one is the advanced and accelerated training, as well as the integrated education system functioning of the continuous and differentiated (by the abilities) education “School-Higher education institution” in homogeneous groups. The research have shown that the talented trainees training in groups with equal mental level has a positive effect on their self-assessment: they have to study with full dedication forces, feeling the constant stimulation from classmates in this situation. It is revealed that the academic college is an associated education institution of new type, functioning on the basis of the organizational-methodological association between the university and school, and it is a structural subdivision of the both founders simultaneously. The considered structures models of the integrated education system have a different degree of in- tensity training. In this regard, the regulation of the statistically average load of the trainees is taking the special significance and relevance in the academic college. There is described the methodology of flexible standardization academic load of the students, because of the generally accepted maximum permissible norm, due to psycho-physiological capabilities, social con- ditions and cultural needs, as well as administrative-legal challenges, the solution of which is depending form the expansion of the academic colleges organization scope and improving efficiency of their functioning. The long-term monitoring of the academic college graduates is evidenced about the nature-consistent feasibility and educa- tion process high efficiency in the integrated education systems.
