The paper interprets the features of self-realization of the adult urban population through the prism of cluster analysis. Particular indicators of the degree of self-realization in the key areas of life (work, (self-)education, partnership, parenting, hobbies, and healthcare) are the bases for clustering. The author’s sociological methods for measuring the degree of self-realization are based on the index approach and take into account both subjective and conventionally objective indicators. The analysis reveals seven clusters; it allows one to differentiate groups depending on the successful self-realization in one or another area of life. It is significant that the cluster that unites those who are harmoniously self-fulfilled in all aspects under consideration is relatively small (4%), and the opposite group of unsuccessful people is 19%. For the majority of citizens, self-realization, as a rule, takes place in a private area (family, hobbies), and it is variously represented in other clusters.
