Experience of using the special-purpose planning programme in reforming the electrical power supply system in Kumertau city of the Republic of Bashkortostan

The article is devoted to the use of the special-purpose planning programme in practice. In particular, it is reported about the electrical power supply system of Kumertau. In the article theoretical aspects of the special-purpose programme, opinions of scientists of different generations are considered. As the title implies the article describes also calculations and excerpts from the programme, in the development of which the above method was applied.
