The monitoring experience of the services quality of the institutions of culture of the Republic of Buryatia in 2003, 2008, 2018

Monitoring the quality of services provided to the population by socio-cultural institutions involves studying the conditions of implementing state cultural policy in the regions, forming scientific vision of the range of services, understanding the specifics of using the funds released from the federal budget for the regional culture development. During the specified time (2003, 2008, 2018) the research team of the teachers and students of the Institute of culture carried out sociological studies, the results of which served as the basis for preparing this publication.
