The article analyzes the experience of formation the independent evaluation system of services quality provided by cultural institutions in the Republic of Buryatia. The concept «quality of service», the existing models of service quality are discussed. The article provides a rating of customer’s satisfaction according to service quality in the theatres and concert organizations of Buryatia.
