Experience of examination and treatment of feet mycoses and onicomycoses in military men

The aim of the study was to reveal peculiarities of specific structure of the stimulator, pathogenic factors and clinical course of feet mycoses in service men and to improve treatment methods. The study included 110 service men having feet mycoses. Immunologic study of blood was performed, anti-mycosis treatment using terbinafin and local therapy was administered. Trichophyton rubrum was revealed in 52,9% of service men. Decreased subpopulation of atypical killer cells CD8aa (2,78±0,58%) compared to normal values (7,86±1,22%) was established.
