Estimation experience of the municipal institutions' social potential

To investigate social potential of municipalities the group of indicators which characterize quality of the population (movement of the population, a health, a level and a way of life) are chosen. An integral and elementwise methods to its estimation are considered as basic. At the analysis of quality of the population of municipal formations of Republic Komi (municipal areas, city districts and settlements) alongside with traditional methods the author's technique of an estimation of employment and incomes of the population is used.
