Experience of organizing individual lessons of teacher with students at university

The article presents the experience of the individual lessons of the teacher with students of Surgut state pedagogical University. Analyzed the results of a survey of teachers and students on the following questions: "What forms of classroom work the most significant, interesting? What direction, in your opinion, should be the topics of the study subjects to be discussed at individual sessions of the teacher with the students? What forms of work with students the teacher uses individual lessons in the framework of the discipline". Analysis of the results allowed identifying some problems which decision will allow to improve the educational process and to provide quality training of a competent specialist in the field of education. According to the results of the conducted research the authors note that the Surgut state pedagogical University has developed a system of organization of individual work of teacher with a student, contributing to the formation of the internal needs of the student for self-learning, professional growth and realization of their personal potential. But at the same time, we understand that there is no limit to perfection, there are problems that we see, recognize and strive for their positive decision. To see problems in their professional activities is an important methodological step, which becomes the driving force in the further development of the educational process, self-development teachers and providing quality professional training of graduates.
