Preparing operative groups and joint police units for missions: experience of organization

The authors set forth the organization of preparing law enforcement officers assigned for counterterrorist missions in the North Caucasus of the Russian Federation conducted at educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. It is possible to provide proper training of officers and build the service team only through the joint practical lessons, special tactical exercises and psychological trainings conducted by educational organizations personnel and specialists from different units of territorial divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
