Experience in improving the organizational change management system at meat processing enterprises

The article discusses the main problems faced by Russian meat processing enterprises during organizational changes. The authors point to the resistance of employees, the lack of a unified vision of the result, inefficient management and other problems. They recommend starting with the diagnosis of the situation and taking into account the resistance of the enterprise system to innovations when implementing changes.
