The personnel training experience for culture and art institutions in Siberia and the Far East in modern studies

The article presents the review of scientific works on the experience of the personnel training for the institutions of culture and art in Siberia and the Far East in the second half of the XXth century. The modern research of the personnel issue in the framework of the state cultural policy implementation and the development of vocational education in Siberia and the Far East is considered.
