Experience of preparation of the operational staffing reserve of heads of educational organizations of the Starooskol city district

This article presents the experience of training the operational staff reserve of heads of educational organizations. A feature of the implementation of this activity is the use of the project-targeted approach. The urgency of the project is to implement the strategic directions of the educational policy of the Starooskolsky urban district to update and improve the human resources of the heads of the education system.
