Experience of celebration of public events in 1917 (at the example of "Liberation Day")

The article discusses the historical period after the achievements of February Revolution of 1917, which is reflected in the change of celebration culture. Therefore the particular interest represents the study of public holidays, organized under the auspices of the new government and had its own specificity, depending on their location. In the celebrations there were fixed conversion occurred, and also reflected the mood of all social strata.
