The experience of using antidepressants to correct psychosomatic disorders in patients having diabetes mellitus of the 2nd type

Psychosomatic disorders in the 2-nd type diabetes mellitus patients and possibilities of their correction were studied. Based on the data obtained, we identified two patient groups and made an attempt to treat their disorders with antidepressants. Adding antidepressants to the standard therapy of diabetic patients is concluded to improve clinical course of the disease.
