Experience of interactive educational forms of training in additional professional education

The article presents the experience of the Department of Public Health and Health Care of the Institute of Professional Education of Samara State Medical University for the introduction of interactive forms of training in the system of professional education of health workers, aimed at raising the level of development of professionally important qualities and skills a positive constructive communication with patients. Among the reasons for low satisfaction with quality of medical care the authors consider lack of communication and emotional competence of health workers and low level of development of interaction skills with patients. The solution to this problem the staff of the Department sees the introduction of problem - oriented interactive forms of learning with the aim of improving the socio-psychological competence of health workers.
