The article presents results of development and clinical application of the combined method for complicated hemorrhoids surgical treatment with application of transanal hemorrhoidal dearterialisation under Doppler-control with lifting and mucopexy of mucosa combined with submucous laser destruction of hemorrhoidal bolus tissue. Clinical evaluation of the method was carried out. Advantages over existing methods were revealed.
