He experience of pelvic osteotomy for acetabular dysplasia in adolescents

The data of treatment of 7 children at the age of 12-16 years with the hip congenital incomplete and complete dislocation are presented in the work. A technique of pelvic triple osteotomy making is described, the immediate outcomes of treatment are analyzed. The Ilizarov fixator use increases orthopaedist's possibilities on the plane of the pelvic triple osteotomy use in children above 12 -year age, facilitates its use and decreases the intervention damage of pelvic bones, provides the required unloading of the hip, creates the conditions for patient's early mobilization in the postoperative period.
