The effect of probiotic feed supplement "Strait" on protein metabolism and average daily weight gain of young chickens was researched. It was found out that adding the feed supplement to the basic diet of chickens rises level of total protein and its fractions in the birds serum on average 6,42-9,42%, average daily weight gain - at 7.82%.
