The paper contains a description of the composition, capabilities and limitations of information and computing system for numerical simulation of fluid flow and water quality, assuming the lateral homogeneity of the unknown variables. Presented results of construction and verification of information and computing system to describe the hydrodynamic variables for the section river Severnaya Sosva, a basin which will be the main object of man-made loading in the implementation of mega-project "Ural Industrial - Ural Polar".
