Experience of the decision of problems of increase of a payment of workers in the agriculture in the Altay region

This article shows that the efficiency of agricultural production depends on the level of wages, forms and methods of economic impact on the social behavior of entrepreneurs from regional and district governments on the example of the Altai Region. The need to improve federal legislation to solve issues under consideration is justified.
