Experience in collaboration between the faculty of mathematics and mechanics of Saratov State University and employers

The article considers the ways of collaboration between universities and employing companies. The experience of the Faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics of National Research Saratov State University in career-guidance and involving employers into the educational activities is described. The aim of this collaboration is to develop students' motivation through demonstrating close ties between the elements of curricula and further successful employment and career development.
