The first collective-farms and state-farms, founded lust after the Civil War, turned out to be insolvent and unpractical, und in the middle of 20-es in the 20-tn century most of them were ruined and fed miserable life. Using the analysis of the archives of that period the author shows the negative dynamics of the development and practical activities of those half- artificial communities. Aft the end of the article Fl. Kaminsky points jut the complex of objective and subjective reasons, which determined the Ion level of the functioning of the first collective unions on the territory of the former Orenburg and Sibirian Cossack forces.
