Experience of quality management of education in the second half of XIX - the beginning of XX centuries (on the example of provincial and regional cities of Eastern Siberia)

It is presented materials of quality management experience of education, in particular system examination. It is established that on the basis of carried out researches it is established, that a problem of the control over training quality were put forward as the basis in many documents of the Ministry of national education. The examination system was many times exposed to reforms not casually because it touches not only moral, but also psychological, physical problems and problems of education.
