In the article our own experience of successful surgical treatment of submassive pulmonary artery thromboembolism is presented in a patient of the age of 55. The diagnostic opportunities and dynamics of the results of instrumental studies are shown, the data on the successful surgical treatment of pulmonary embolism are presented.
