Experience in implementing the KPI system in the enterprise

Resume: The article tells about wages and how to change them to create conditions that encourage employees to work more actively for the benefit of themselves and the company. Studied the concept of wages, its types and types. The KPI system for company employees is considered and an example of introducing the system to an enterprise is given. The negative result of the implementation of the KPI system was studied.
