Experience of foreign countries in decision of management problems by dwelling fund in Russia

In this article, the main problems of managing the housing stock in Russia are considered. Also the author suggests some directions of reforming the process of housing management in Russia, developed on the basis of practical experience in housing management in developed foreign countries
