The experimental work as a factor of formation of the civil position of the prospective officers by means of military traditions

The article is analyzed the circumstances having an impact on the process of formation on the civil position of student youth. An important condition for the successful formation of desired characters of the cadets of military higher education institution is, in the opinion of the author, that the experimental work allows to identify innovations and create conditions of the implementation of the theoretical model developed in the course of the experiment. At each stage of the experiment the tasks and directions of research finding were defined.
