Pilot industrial tests of the drug "Remedion®" for biological wastewater treatment

The article deals with the experience of practical application of the preparation «REMEDION®» at the stage of pre-commissioning works (PCW) to ensure biological treatment of wastewater, through the introduction of a new bioremediation technology, during the commissioning of domestic sewage treatment plants (STP), during which only mechanical treatment of wastewater is carried out, while the process of biological treatment by activated sludge requires a long time for the growth of its biomass and its stabilization. Introduction of the preparation will allow effective biological treatment of wastewater in terms of total iron, fats, oil products, suspended solids, phosphates, chemical oxygen demand in order to prevent the entry of untreated wastewater into surface water bodies.
