State organ in the mechanism of implementation of state functions: concept, essence, main classifications

The article discusses the main elements of the mechanism for implementing the functions of the state. Special attention is paid to the organ of the state-different approaches to the definition of the concept and essence of the organ of the state are given. The author analyzes the relationship between legal and non-legal forms of implementing the functions of the state.
