In the article the features of organic production in the context of sustainable development of agricultural sphere, discussed the current state of the legal framework for the regulation of organic production in the Russian Federation, describes the rules for the production of environmentally friendly products, provided for in international standards, the ways of further development of the market for organic products in Russia.
