Organizations of "third sector" as "growth points" of potential of civil society in modern Russia

This article discusses issues related to the formation of organizations in Russia of the "third sector", which in the modern politological discourse are regarded as "the core" of modern civil society. There are showed the characteristics of the non-commercial organizations that allow them to perform a significant role in the processes of developing and maintaining the social capital, enhancement and development the human capital and be the basis for the creation and deepening of modern democratic political system, satisfying the requirements of political modernization. Conclusion is done that the recent trend of shifting centre of gravity of civil activity from the political parties towards the non-political associations.
