Organization of digital production of parts for components of small-size gas turbine plants

The article presents the results of organizing the digital production of parts and assemblies of small-sized gas turbine units. A functional structure of information components of digital production of MSTU, a functional model of digital production, a context IDEF0-diagram of the functional model of the process “Digital Production of MSTU” have been developed, context diagrams “Production Management” and “Intelligent Solution” have been constructed, and a structural model of digital production has been presented. Three levels of digital production and their data attributes are presented. A scheme for the formation of production tasks has also been developed with a description of the attributes of these objects of the production system and the attributes of digital production events. The functional model of digital production was carried out in accordance with the standardization recommendations R 50.1.028-2001 Information technologies for supporting the product life cycle “Functional modeling methodology”. To create digital production, GOST R 57700.37-2021 “Computer models and modeling” was used. Digital twins of products. General provisions”, GOST R 59799 - 2021 “Smart production. Reference Architecture Model for Industry 4.0 (RAMI 4.0).”
