Organization of the activities of an extremist organization (article 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)

In this article, we tried to consider, in our opinion, the current existing legislative gaps in the crimes of an extremist organization, Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Extremist crimes pose a serious threat to society, and the successful fight against this crime requires a comprehensive approach and joint efforts on the part of law enforcement agencies, civil society and political leaders. A key aspect of this process is the analysis and assessment of existing shortcomings and the proposal of appropriate solutions.
