Organization of activities of public inspectors for environmental protection on the territory of the Rostov region

The paper discusses the features of legal regulation of activities in the field of public environmental control at the regional level. The possibilities of implementing the environmental rights of citizens when obtaining the status of a public inspector are described. According to the results of the study, the author comes to the conclusion that public inspectors provide great assistance to state authorities in the field of environmental protection and this area requires development in all regions of Russia.
