Organization of the activities of law enforcement agencies for the prevention of crimes in Russia

In the article, the author conducts a study of public relations arising in connection with and about the prevention of crimes by law enforcement agencies through the analysis of the system of preventive measures for crime prevention. The author comes to the conclusion that crime prevention is a separate kind of management, which should protect the values protected by law and consists in creating and implementing a system of orderly measures to detect and eliminate the causes of crime, conditions that contribute to it. Crime prevention is aimed at providing preventive influence on people who have a tendency to conduct characterized as illegal.
