The article reflects the problem of assessing the quality of training of future experts of middle level. Engaging employers to control the quality of college education is considered as one of mechanisms to ensure the quality. The authors explore the features of the participation of employers in the qualifying examination for professional module. An exemplary guide to the activity of an expert examiner is given.
