Preschool children's motor regime in preparation for passing examinations on the «RLD» standards of the I stage

Organization process of physical education and sports activities among preschool children in a complex application of different forms of physical training in preparation for passing examinations on the «RLD» standards of the I stage are considered in the article. Rationing opportunities of children's motor regime on the basis of building a system of large and small forms of sports activity are characterized in it. Duration, rhythm and physical activity control system data based on developed cyclegramm of focused educational activities of physical training specilaists, working in preschool educational institution are presented. The article also has characteristic features of the organization of forming pedagogical experiment, consisting in introduction of additional forms of physical education (oriented mobile and sports activities both in groups and during outdoor walks) to the structure of the children's day regime. Modern technique (shagometry) with digital sensor of activity Beurer AS-50 was used for improving the reliability of the experimental data. Method of motor activity increasing by adding the number of sport classes in the forms of national outdoor games and sports with elements of the adversarial and competitive orientation with simplified rules and tasks in the current pedagogical experiment was tested.
