Organization of financial control on the example of Eurostroy LLC

The article is devoted to the study of the essence of financial control and substantiates the need for its implementation in the process of enterprise management. The main factors affecting the effectiveness of financial control are identified. The author also proposed a scheme for organizing financial control of enterprises. As practical experience, the article presents an analysis of financial control using the example of the Moscow enterprise EuroStroy LLC, which operates in the construction market of multi-story buildings.
