Organization of financial control for the execution of the budget in the emergency system of Russia

In this article, the organization of types of financial control in the system of the Ministry of Emergency Situations is analyzed. The effectiveness of the organization of control activities over budget execution in the EMERCOM of Russia system was studied. The problems arising in the organization of monitoring activities for the execution of the budget of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia are considered, and ways of their solution are presented.
