Organization of physical training of female employees in educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia

The article deals with problematic issues of female cadets training in educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Both positive factors of female cadets' training and problematic issues are presented, which is connected with the very specifics of the academic discipline, which is exclusively applied. The article provides recommendations on the use of tools, methodological guidelines and complexes of physical exercises provided for by the Manual on the organization of physical training in the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation in independent classes. The study analyzes the role of women in the work of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation. It is revealed that psychological, physiological and personal characteristics leave an imprint on official activity and require an appropriate approach at the stage of professional training in the conditions of a law school.
